Jeffrey A. Pullen

Jeff Pullen serves as CEO of QFour Digital, Inc. and is responsible for all aspects of strategy and operations. Jeff has over 28 years of diversified management experience, and most recently served as COO of ValueClick, Inc., one of the world's largest integrated online marketing companies. Jeff joined ValueClick in 2003 through it's acquisition of Commission Junction, where he served as president and CEO, and led a superior management team that was responsible for building the company into a industry leader in affiliate marketing. Prior to joining Commission Junction in 2001, Mr. Pullen held numerous senior management positions at a variety of technology and diversified industrial companies and was a partner in Coopers & Lybrand's financial advisory services practice. Jeff is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
William T. Strong
Director – Corporate Development
Bill Strong has over 8 years of experience working with technology companies in various roles. Most recently Bill served as General Manager of Vendare Media Group’s domain name investment and monetization group where he built the company into one of the largest domain name holders in the world. Bill joined Vendare in 2004 through its acquisition of New.net, an innovative online search and navigation company, where he held several senior finance and corporate development positions. Prior to joining New.net in 2001, Bill held operational finance roles with Idealab, a technology incubator, and was an auditor with Ernst & Young. Mr. Strong is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
